not necessarily, Mikhail doesn't have any real authority over hiring people in the PD as of now, he just makes a post on every application with his two cents, regardless of if its needed or not.. |

My input is not required here, but I would like to say that it is good to see kman making some great improvements in how he handles his roleplaying. Kman, you should be proud of what you've achieved so far, and continue to work hard so you may achieve much more. Now along with that, I have a few suggestions for you. Being involved in an organization like the NCPD can be really fun, but it is also a LOT of work. For as many perks as any of those jobs have, there is just as much additional responsibility that you have to take on, so you should be sure you can handle all the responsibility before you try to join any of those groups. Even the most experienced roleplayers have to overcome many obstacles when they take on positions like these; ask any one of them. I believe it might be more beneficial for you to keep the job you have, or choose another job much like it, so you can learn and get better at roleplaying at your own pace. And, no doubt, you've heard a lot of feedback about your grammar and spelling when you post anywhere on here. My suggestion to you is that you type up what you want to say on the forums in a program like Microsoft Word or Open Office, let the program help you correct your mistakes, and then post it on here. That's what I do when I don't know how to spell a word. |

Thanks for the complement Maxwell I am vary happy for my improvements and I thank I will be successful on my role as a ncpd officer I hope I am accepted and thanks for the advice |
