Post subject:  Trainer's Guidelines

If you are a trainer, train all rookies you see and such. Use this format when training people.

Basic Training:
- A trainer will choose a rookie.
- The rookie's trainer will teach him how to use his weapon and will take the recruit to the gun store to shoot the three targets.
- The rookie will then be taught the standard rules of engagement, showing him when to use your tazer and gun.
- The rookie will now be taught the standard radio codes and what they mean.
- The rookie will then do a lap of the town with the trainer, just quickly visiting the key robbery locations (Bank, Diner, 7/11, etc). They will also be taught the basics of robberies and where to stand when one happens.
- The rookie will then be taught in the basic use of flashbangs and entering a robbed store.
- The rookie will be taught how to use his cuffs and tazer (// told binds, how to make them, and test them)
- The rookie is now taught how to properly search people (// commands like /drugsearch and /disarm)
- The rookie will follow his trainer on his first call, to learn what to do in a real situation
- The trainer will then send the rookie to a higher ranking official, such as Assistant Chief, Chief, or one of the Commissioners, along with a rating with 10 being highest and 1 being lowest.
- If the rookie fails, he will be trained again. However if he scores below a 3, he is fired.
- If the rookie passes (6+), he will be watched closely by his trainer and promoted soon after that.

Advanced Training
- A trainer will be given an officer to train to become a rank of command.
- The trainer will bring the officer to the gunshop where he will be taught the basic use of the MP5, Mossberg 500, UMP, and M4.
- The trainer will then make the officer shoot the targets with 2 or more selected guns (NOT akimbo) in the center in under 6 seconds and in the head in under 4 seconds.
- The officer then has to use a selected gun and do a sideways dive while shooting one of the targets in the head or center.
- The officer then chooses a gun and must shoot the left and right targets in the head or center while running to the side in under 5 seconds.
- The trainer then teaches the officer advanced kung-fu tactics (kicking guns out of hands, jumpkicks, etc).
- The officer must now teach him some negotiation skills, in order to bring down suspects' morale for robbery situations.
- The officer is then taught basic command skills, such as how to organize a plan to enter a robbery or raid a building. He then has to do his plan at the bank or 7/11 while the trainer supervises.
- The trainer will then teach the officer how to use the barrett in robbery situations, ie where to stand at each of the robbery points and when to shoot.
- If the officer has a car, the trainer teaches him how to chase people or respond to robberies without hitting people on the road.
- The officer must now respond in a car (or on foot if he doesn't have a car) to the closest robbery call accompanied by his trainer. He will then demonstrate the things he learned by using his plans to successfully catch the robber.
- If the officer passes, he is promoted to Senior Officer or higher, depending on how well he did when judged by the trainer.

Trainer Training:
- A higher ranking police person, such as Senior Lead Officer trainer will be appointed to a new trainer.
- The new trainer will be taken to the gunshop with an automatic weapon or shotgun and be told to shoot the three targets in the middle in under 8 seconds.
- The new trainer will then do the same as above, except hit each target in the head.
- The Trainer will take the new trainer onto the roofs of the town and he will show the new trainer the tricks and routes to take when perusing on roofs. They will do 3 laps of town. (// This ensures that the cop can actually stunt, for intense chases)
- - The person is taken to the roofs and is made to make a dive WITH an M4 or Mossberg 500 between the Apartments across from the bar to the 7/11 and from the diner to the bank.
- The new trainer will be taught basic kung fu moves (// Back kick, fly kick/dragon kick, jump punches and blocking) for close combat efficiency.
- The new trainer has to chase his trainer (Without notice, he will be called at random) on the roofs and hit him with a jump punch.
- The new trainer then has to catch his trainer without losing him. The trainer will be given a 4 second head start and take a route through the streets, alleys, then up to the roofs and then anywhere else he deems fit. He will do a different again after the first one.
- The new trainer will now train his trainer (Or someone else if needed) using the basic training methods.

I've tested them, it's possible. I believe that Wake means the second wall closest to the 7/11 at the end of the road, directly in front of the hideout above 7/11. That's the farthest I've gotten on the jump and it's pretty close to the 7/11.
