As mayor, I am proposing new laws regarding the Intoxication of Alcoholic beverages and drugs. Like all, they would stack. ((Maybe adding the drug laws to these and making a '/lawsintoxication'. If people are that lazy to type that, then do '/lawsdrugs' and '/lawsalcohol'.These would be used for RP, as being drunk is only a little time period of actually getting the pink outline. If someone sees you pink, and it's gone, then you would still be considered drunk.))

Public Intoxication
What is it: Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in public.
Examples: Getting drunk and being outside.
How Much Time in Jail: 1 minute
Mandatory Fee: $100 (Or add 1 minute)
Bail: $200

Influenced Driving
What is it: Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while driving.
Examples: Smoked a joint and driving a car.
How Much Time in Jail: 2 minutes
Mandatory Fee: $100 (Or add 1 minute)
Bail: $300
