Thanks man. That's exactly what I'm going for. This is next to the real-world stuff right here. I took that employment application straight from the same application I had to fill out, and the resume format is from the template my school gave me. So who knows, maybe this stuff would make for a good experience for everyone, not just for the game, but for later on in life.

If not, it'll definately filter out alot of the 'lower class' roleplayers out there and bring in some heavy non cop+robber gaming. That could benefit everyone. It'd be nice to not have the usual criminal warlords vs. the corrupt police.
