Well guys,my TS can't locate any servers and can't join any,Either I've been Ddosed or it's TS.[give me some suggestions ]

Reinstall TS? It may be the update, you need it to join the servers. Not sure.

Are you sure you dont have any filters ticked? Have you tried restarting steam? Have you tried deleting/renaming your clientregistry.blob? Have you tried restarting your computer?

When I can't locate any servers I usually have to restart the game a few times.

I would guess that you're having the same problem, as you mentioned, that has been discussed in two or three other topics on the forums, about the Steam update, so you can probably find an answer by reading through those.
