Quite a few of you already have the ncpd_riot and ncpd_swat models. However, due to the SWAT needing more 'normal' uniforms when the aren't called in for a special situation, I've made a couple variations of the swatjim model. 2 different faces so far (I'll make more if people want them), sitting animations, etc. No helmet or mask, which was the problem with the original ncpd_swat model.

Includes ncpd_swat1a and ncpd_swat2a, which are the same as ncpd_swat1 and ncpd_swat2 but with helmets that say "NCPD" and "SWAT" on them. Original ncpd_swat removed because all SWAT personnel should be using the new SWAT models.
