actully,i've seen this before.they use to have it in alot of other states but places like game stop or other gaming stores made a petition so now only a few selected states have it because of parents think that kids shouldn't be betting on video games.at least that is what i've seen from differnt articles.

let me guess theis law was brought on by somone who blamed video games for there violent actions, and they belived them...
