So I took a break from the game and i guess I uninstalled it so when I installed it and got back into the game why does it want me to register again?

You can't. It was reset a long time ago, and the thing is, if people were still active the stuff would of been earned again by playing.
But a new map is supposedly coming soon, so it'd probably get reset again.

If you are inactive from the server for 30 days your account will be disabled and you'll need to log back in. I don't recall exactly how to do it though, I'm sure Supernuker knows.
