Hello! My name is Zach Martin, and I would like to sue SNuker for 20K (or more if my lawyer says I can get away with it)
SNuker blatantly and knowingly abused his powers as a police officer.
I am the owner of a barbershop, I was giving a man a shave when he, for no reason, punched me. I figured this was a spontaneous outburst, and that he wouldnt do it again, but to my surprise, he did it again. I withdrew a pistol (I am licensed to have one, and who wouldnt in these dark times) And told him to stop. He instead showed surprising athletic ability as he kicked the gun out of my hand, and punched me again.
Bleeding heavily, I dove out of the way, grabbed the gun, and gunned him down.
Hoping to get medical attention, I rushed out of the Police Department, my gun stowed securely away, and was suddenly tazered from behind.
With no explanation, SuperNuker the Police Fox put me in a prison cell.
Rather than listen to my allegations of police abuse, he withdrew a shotgun and told me I had "one chance" to explain what the gunshots at the bar were. I calmly ((OOCly and ICly)) explained my scenario, but instead of him questioning my story, or even saying anything about it, he said "screw it" and gave me a brief jail sentance. (I will also have it known that he took the oppurtunity to search me for drugs)
Therefore, for tazering me even though I was in no way evading arrest, holding a gun, resisting in any form, or doing anything that would warrant such action, I was tazered, interrogated unethically, and falsely imprisoned.
I believe I am being exceptionally kind by only sueing for 20 thousand dollars, and my heart might grow colder before the trial begins.
I am currently looking for a lawyer to represent me.
((To be perfectly honest I'm not too interested in the money when I do this, I just want to use the cool court system, and find a way of dealing with problems besides whining on the PD forums some more.
