Well the PD isn't doing so good with officers that play much. So if you play a lot and want to be a officer please apply.

Also, I was wondering if i could get jobrights to help hire more officers (only like 2 more good players) (and help out people that are new to the server get a job)

If there is such a thing as a trainer in real life, is it likely that said person would be hiring new officers? They would probably be involved in the process (interviewing, etc.), but not hiring. It's great where your heart's at, but it's best for everyone to maintain their roles as they are.
