RP Name of cop: Rookie Nico Acquino
Good or bad:To be perfectly honest not good in any way.
Describe the situation:Diner robber starts to run Nico shoots not as warning or nuetralize but to kill suspect.. Suspect is unarmed and has done nothing to provoke gunshots.
Any other comments:I didn't want to have to report nico but he is not good as an officer. Sorry nico nothing personal.

Describe the situation: i walk into the pd, draws a gun on me when i looked at a wall, Turned around he holstered it, Sever annocned 1 minute untill restart he then proceeds to tazer me, when i had just left the pd, I go back in, he shoots at me, i unholster my gun and he tazes me and procceds to arrest me beacuase i had a gun on me

yeah, he rushed cuffed me for not getting out of the pd.. which was a bad reason i think cuz i was buying a soda

Descrpition: while i was standing in the PD minding my own business he comes up and tell me to leave if i do not have something i need to do here, i told him that he cannot tell me to leave since this is a public area and anyone has the right to be here, as long as they are not interfering with anything. I even had Jamon Tyler back me up on this. Now when i told him this i think he got a little angry, so i presume that he told an admin that i was doing something wrong and didn't tell the admin the whole story, the admin then tell me to leave the PD or get banned.

Comments: Nuker i think you were the admin that he told. Also My character lives in the PD since he does not own a house and has nowhere to go

Your character cannot live in the PD. That makes no sense at all. And as an officer of the Police Department, Sharp has every right to ask you to leave if you are loitering.

Alright im just backing myself up here. If you do not have any thing you need from any member in the police department you can not be there. Its called Disturbance of piece. Thats what Supernuker told me and he once said over /com to come over to the MD because people where their for no reason.

THE PD IS A PUBLIC PLACE!!! i have very right to be there! why cant i just sit on the couch and do nothing, thats not disturbance of the peace

It is if you are asked to leave and you don't. It is also non-compliance if a police officer asks you to do something and you don't.

So, if you feel still as if you were treated unfairly, please contact a police official in game and tell him in character. No action will be taken by the admins on this issue.

I don't have any names, but today. Someone left a lot of the PD doors open. They didn't leave both of the front PD doors open, but one of the front doors, the armory door, and the jail door was open. I'm just asking someone to keep an eye out on who closes them and who doesn't.
