1) Dming is never ever ever acceptable. Admins are to enforce this, even if they are just messing around. If they are dming, ban them.

2) You cannot force someone to CK Themselves. If they don't want to be cked in the rp your doing they don't necessarily have to. Its up to them if they are CK'ed or not

3) It is not possible RP wise to pull out your gun and shoot someone who is holding a gun at you. In real life they would have pulled the trigger before you could finish pulling the gun out, much less pull it out, aim, and fire. Don't try to defy the laws of reality like that.

Family Guy?

And hopefully if a story like this comes about, the cop would be sensible enough not to call a hit on the hitman after they were already wacked. Even though they may not have been CKed, they are still required to forget some of what happened to them up to their death, especially who killed them.

i find this one funny. not against supernuker, but the people who hide behind it. in a world of crime...there's gonna come a time when you're gonna die. we all can't pull fonzies and die gracefully. so why is it that the police are the one's getting a way with CK abilities? because they are the law and no one can fight them (really stirs up the anarchy in me.) but then when it's time for the organized crime orgs to CK someone, half the time they say "nope, i don't want too." So let's pause here for a short story.

I did not post this to argue why the rules are that way, why the were made that way, or if/when/how we are going to change them. I'm simply stating what the rules are at this point in time and what everyone must follow at this point in time.

I remember when forces CK's were allowed on m7xrp, one of the admins in charge of his "National Socialist" organization had a license to CK whomever he wishes in whatever metagaming fashion he wished. One character was "betrayed by the police" to the NAZIS who snuck in through an airvent wearing gas masks and using a genetically mutated zombie to stay alive because their characters were all two hundred years old. They had to drink its blood, you see.

Point is forced CK's are a slippery slope.

I prefer the 'Admin Hitman' for CKs... It basically goes like this:

- Only 1 or 2 Hitman(s)
- They must be Admins
- They can do regular hits
- CKs must be very, very expensive (300k for some average joe, 500k for an organization leader [PD, Mafia, etc...])
- You can still decide to CK yourself whenever you want

Hes referring to an admin-only job which could force CK's on people, but we don't have that job here.
