Hey, I hope this is where I'm supposed to be posting this...

It'd be useful if MCPD could "Arrest" CIA operatives in disguise. That way, the MCPD could protect the identities of CIA operatives by arresting them along with the other felons, and then just releasing them from the interrogation room.

If this is in the wrong section, feel free to move it.

then I'd have to re-write part of cuff mod. Plus it would take alot of work to be able to cuff JUST CIA in disguise.

Then who cares about "In Disguise" or "Not In Disguise"? If a cop goes around cuffing CIA members when the situation doesn't call for it, then he deserves a ban.

True, but it might be a accident during a hostage situation. Which may result in the death of the hostage or something.

I thought of a way to do this which won't make it a huge pain in the rear to do it. I might or might not add it in.
