Well, I know that CIa is kind of down in the dumps, so Im doing everything I can to get it back up as fast as possible. Im gonna be posting alot more in time, prbably, but here's the one for now.

CIA arent a shoot them up thing. When we kill, we assassinate, usually with a silenced pistol. One problem, theres no silenced pistol in PD. So, if you could just put a silenced pistil somewhere where CIA can access it, that would be great!

Yeah, seeing as the weapons in the Police Department have been the same since before I even joined maybe they should change. A little change is always fun, or atleast intrusting. And since the CIA will be alive again then can fit something for them too.
Maybe we can get stuff like

MP5k/laser/scope-instead of AUG
M16/scope-instead of Barrett
Socom/laser/flashlight-instead of Duel Barretas
Fiveseven/laser/silencer
Glock 20C can stay
M4/laser/flashlight
SPAS12/flashlight-instead of Mossburg (spelling)

Or something different, a little change is always fun =p

Can't change the defaults, but we could prob add more gunspawns in, we need them after all.

Cop's shouldn't be allowed to use silenced, but CIA should. I would agree on a silenced pistol spawn if that was a rule.

Could something be coded in so that the CIA, and the CIA only, could purchase the silenced weapons using the laptop? It would be like purchasing their equipment and having it shipped from somewhere ahead of time, in real life, I suppose. Otherwise it'd be kind of awkward to buy weapons straight off a laptop. I hope that all made sense.

Smokey made this private mod that basically let you enter your job id, it would verify it, and you could purchase items conforming to your jobid. Like if you were the pizza boy it would have Pizzas and Sodas and Candy on the list.
Cops would have tazers armor and guns.

I like the idea except for the fact that you would end up coding jobs noone takes like violin player
