I was just wondering if somebody could make me a TSRP model a really good one. I wanna make
Roronoa Zoro model with a sword in is mouth. If that is posible. Please help me make a really good one. I can send a photo how I want him to be.

((I don't think many people in this community have enough knowledge to "make" you a model, but the proper phrasing of your question would be if someone could reskin a model, however that most likely won't include the swords you requested. And besides you wouldn't want to be arrested 24/7 for carrying swords.))

I have never seen that enforced. Never. When I was a cop, I did enforce it as public weapon carrying, requiring licenses etc..But I rarely see another cop do it.
