Made by me.

The lettering on the back looks blurry in HLMV, but it shows up correctly in-game.

The models do NOT have a sit animation, because if there's a riot or the SWAT Team is needed, you shouldn't be sitting down anyways!

Removed old versions, and uploaded both updated versions in this .zip. Fixed the odd mapping issue with the C on ncpd_riot, and the W on ncpd_swat, fixed the weird appearance of ncpd_swat in bright areas. Inversed NCPD and SWAT on ncpd_swat.
