Organization Purpose:
The purpose of this acting company is to provide quality theatrical performances for the citizens of Nuke City. Although, this acting company is not really for entertainment. The actors that are part of this fine organization are actually quality trained professionals who are desperate need of quick cash. The actors will provide bank robbers, "hostages". These actors can provide distractions and lead the cops to them, which is very good under certain circumstances. These actors can provide gun support for robberies, hostage situations, gang wars, and other things. The actors in this org are ready to adapt to any situation and are willing to do anything that is asked for them. When an extra hand is needed, these actors are ready to step up to help. All of the actors are trained for using guns and knives. However, they do not like to use them unless they are specifically paid to do so. So really, these actors can help anybody do anything.

--Provide distractions for various circumstances (non-violent unless directly asked to be violent)
--Provide a new org with many employment opportunities
How will this Organization improve RP on our server?:
I think that the number of "good" rpers is decreasing on every server. I think this org would help players to rp situations instead of dming, or executing poor robberies or hostage situtations. The org will only hire players who are proven rper. This will help everyone in the server and it won't compete with the Mafia, or the Yazuka. For example, if the mafia needs some extra men to help with a robbery. The actors could play hostages which would only help the RP situation.
Organization Ranks/ Job description:
ENAC Leading Director 0/1: This is the main man. He hires the actors and the rest of the staff. He is in charge of assigning his employees where they go and what they should be doing. If someone want's to hire an actor, they need to go through this man or the 2nd in command, the Assistant Director. This person will make sure everyone is doing the job they are supposed to be doing and will make sure that no one is taking advantage of the org or the police force.
ENAC Assistant Director 0/1: This is the second in command. He gives orders to the rest of the staff when the Leading Director is on vacation (offline). He can not hire anybody, but he will make sure that the actors stay in line.
ENAC Acting Coach 0/3 This job requires excellent rp ability and a knowledge for the game (TS), and the server. He will be in charge of training the actors before they are ready to "Act". This person will make sure that the actor is prepared for any role he may be paid to do. This person is only in charge of training the actors and that is it. If he is found trying to take control of the org or the actors without the permission of a director, he/she will be fired.
ENAC Actors/Actresses 0/5: This job is the most important aspect of the org. These are the employees that will make sure the org is successful. They will be hired by an individual or another org to do whatever they are told to do. When one of the directors tells them that they have a job, they are responsible for rping that situation correctly and helping out whoever hired them. They are only actors, they are not part of the mafia or the Yazuka or a police officer. They are only actors who can temporarily be part of the mafia, or part of the Yazuka or whatever they are paid to be. They are not in charge of anyone and are lowest in command other than the advertisers.
ENAC Advertisers 0/2: These people are only connected to the org because they get the word out about what the org stands for and what we do. They do not act, they are not in charge of anyone, and they take direct orders from the directors. They CANNOT ACT under any circumstances until they prove themselves worthy of promotion. These people will be responsible for attracting business for the org.

Organization History:
The Eastern Nuke Acting Company was created by a man named Jamon Tyler in the year 2002. Originally he created the organization to manipulate the citizens of his former city of Kiergaard. He started to employ civilians and performed for the wealthy of the city. He realized that this wasn't what he wanted. He wasn't making enough money because once the guests saw the show once, they didn't want to come back. He canceled the performances and stormed out of the city. He developed Schizophrenia and Bi-polar disorder and become entirely insane due to stress, angst, and a bad childhood. He moved to NukeCity in 2006 and was put in a mental hospital in 2007. He was released in 2008 with a quest to start anew. He created ENAC, which would become only a "personal" acting experience. Now, he is seeking members that will do whatever it takes to become rich.
Will this org need anything such as a property/ plugins/ etc to be successful?
-- Hideout or a big apartment will do.
This would only be for the organization members to meet somewhere and to discuss business. A hideout/apartment with some space can allow the actors to prepare for their roles before they do it for real. I think that a hideout/apartment is necessary for the organization to be "realistic".

--Mutual agreements with the Mafia and Yazuka Orgs
--Possibly pistols and knives for self defense (Not necessary if the orgs hiring the actors provide weapons)
--Understanding of the law, and the understanding that they will break the law

And yes, we may seem like mercenaries, but really, we like to think of ourselves as performers
