I am going to start holding a monthly (or so) auction for the rent of one my buildings I find myself using it very rarely on the server now. I believe that renting them out offers more variety than just selling it to someone who may end up rarely using it. Plus it gives people something to work for, even if it is only a month rental =)
The building is large hideout #2. If your building challenged on the server its the large hideout next to the in n out. It has three rooms, the first room contains a counter like maybe it could be a store or something, the 2nd room is a storage type room with stairs going up to a balcony in that room and the last room contains a table and a couch and more boxes.
Anyone can bid (with in-game money) on the property by posting how much they bid in this post up until the bidding end time stated below. Bids must be at least 1k higher than the last bid. The winner will then have 48 hours to contact me in the server and transfer the money to me. If no payment is received in 48 hours then the next highest bid will have a chance to get ownership.
Upon receiving payment, I'll give the winner and up to 4 of his or her friends/coworkers/butt buddies will receive keys to my hideout, and they can use the property for whatever they wish until the end of ownership, which is listed below. Keys will only be given at time of payment, so the 4 people getting keys must either be on the server at time of payment, or the person paying must have either their steam ids or reg names available. Building Owner Name will not be changed on request, but will remain either "Two Tailed Fox", or just left blank.
