This was used on the previous TSRP server I played on before I took my two months off TSRP. They used rubber bullets and were available to the police. It reduces a lot of damage, and takes off the blood spatter if it hits someone. It also slows them down, and makes them drop their weapons.
I think this is much better than tazers, which mine short-circuited on the same night I bought... stupid PoS.

Rubber bullets are mainly used to dissolve riots or protesters. Using it as a one shot against robbers is as far as I recall against some human rights law or something along those lines.

sometimes, police use bean bags. they're little bags stuffed with ... whatever's inside. it's soft, but when it's fired at hiiiigh velocities, it does hurt.

Well sure, sounds abit more plausible than rubber bullets.

Not saying it should be implented tho, Just saying it sounds more plausible.
