1. Required staff Introductions.
Who doesn't Like a friendly staff? I think nukesilo staff should be required to write a little stuff about themselves available for the public to view, it wouldn't have to be anything personal, but some basic stuff about us. I realize we already have a "profile" section, but I think this would expand on that. It'll help make the people feel closer to their admins.
2. Respect of Members
Staff should be required to respect the people of nukesilo Just as much as they have to respect us. We can't just going around being "BS" to anyone who has joined the community and hasn't made a name for themselves yet. There should be a required guideline that staff members need to follow in order to prove they are worth being staff, who wants to play in a server where the staff members are assholes?
3. The Flames Section
I fully agree in the drop of the Flames section, though I still think we need a way for people to let their complaints about others be known. There should be something Like an admin that heads complaints and all complaints are "PMed" to that admin on the forums, Like a "Public Relations Representative".
4. Overall Warmth
I think it is great that in Nukesilo we are "laying the Hammer Down" but I think we need a warmer atmosphere. When People get in a Forums, and see "doing this, this, this, this, or this will land you a ban" We need to say, "nothing beyond this, this, this, this, thi,s Will be accepted within our Friendly community, and doing so wont be tolerated" They both say the same exact thing, but one puts it in a friendlier way then others.
I think putting these steps in action would be a good way to start getting this community back on track, in the ways of making the people feel Welcome here.
