I've seen on a few servers a flashlight item, which is exactly like the flashlight on the gun except you don't need a gun out.

I agree, because it's extremely annoying when your a cop when a criminal runs into that dark alley way between the warehouse and the mayors office, and you can't see them and have to venture around in there for five minutes and realize he ran away anyway...
