nope cuz then ppl we get 50,000 and then buy the license and be holding all the weapons that exist in the game, and cops cant arrest anymore for ilegal weapons, i dont like the idea

Err..you can arrest for illegal weapons.

This doesnt make it so people can shoot guns around in public, just if a cop see's them with a gun out the cop can see the license and tell him to put the gun away.
