ya i think that is a really good idea. I to have been wanting those payphones to work.

They should charge money per phonecall for better rp. And depending on where the phone is should tell where that money goes to. Like the 2 payphones by Diner should send money to Dudeman.

I think that the Cellphones should have better reception in certaint areas. If you are under the bank or somthing than you wouldnt be able to call anyone very good but if you where on the overpass you would be able to call much better.

You should be able to call the Payphones and then anyone on random or in the vicinity can answer them.
