Hey I was just thinking how we could get the stuff that needs to get around and the stuff that needs to stay around ... actually around.

And I think it would be cool to have a Black Market or, Trading Co.

The objective or goal would be to trade usefull merchandise (*Illigal and Legal*) for money, or other objects. Here's what would be sold.

BlackMarket:

1: Ducktape: 25$
(Sold in bulk, if possible)
2: Rope: 50$
(Sold in bulk, if possible)
3: Syringes: 90$
(Sold in bulk, if possible)
4: Elephant Tranqualizer: 500$
5: Poisonous Fluids: 1000$
6: Weapon Cache 1: 1500$
7: Weapon Cache 2: 3000$
8: Weapon Cache 3: 5000$
9:Standard Lockpick: 100$
10: Stainless Steel Lockpick: 500$

Okay, that's the Items, now the functions.

BlackMarket Functions:

1: (Ducktape) Function: A strong elastic-like tape that can bind things together. The item would be bought as an inventory slot. You could use this for keeping a hostage still, and crooked cops could use this for interrogation insted of handcuffs. The ducktape will hold someone for 3 minutes. (Real time)

2: (Rope) Function: A very strong rope, braided and ready to be put to use. This item is very similar to the Ducktape, but it lasts much longer. The rope will keep someone still for up to 7 minutes.

3: (Syringes) Function: These dirty little picks come in handy for quick, quiet, excecutions, or for shutting someone up. The item would be used to keep nock-out fluids, or poisonous liquids in store. To inject a person with the syringe you simply look directly at them and use the item.

4: (Elephant Tranqualizer) Function: This injection will put out an elephant! Great for keeping someone quiet! The item would be combined with a Syringe that has to be purchased seperatly. Much like the lighter and cigarette. You would have to take out the syringe and then choose a poison or other injection from your inventory.

Example.

(Action)Ryan Hayter takes out his syringe.
(Action)Ryan Hayter slides the elephant tranqualizer into the syringe.


5: (Poisonous Fluids) Function: The poisonous injection of choice, to be combined with a syringe for deadly results. The item would be combined with a syringe that has to be bought seperatly. Much like the lighter and cigarette. You would have to take out the syringe and then choose a poison or other injection from your inventory.

Example.

(Action)Ryan Hayter takes out his syringe.
(Action)Ryan Hayter slidesthe poisonous tube into the syringe.

6: (Weapon Cache: 1) Function: The first one of three weapon caches. This comprises of a stock "Five Seven", a stock "MK.23, Or SOCOM", and a "Combat Knife". The street name for this pack is known as the "Crack Pack" Now, I'm not sure if you have seen this, but it's an item, and when you use it, it spawns you a gun, or guns. Right into your own hands. This would be used when you're in a tight space, or also used for arms dealing. Insted of giving eachother the weapon straight up, you could give them Cache's that comprise of more then one gun, and all full ammo. (None of that, drop and lose ammo crap).

7: (Weapon Cache: 2) Function: This is the second weapon cache which comprises of a Desert Eagle, with laser sight and a silencer. It also comprises the "Uzi" Sub machine gun, with silencer, and three combat knives. The street name for this pack is known as the "Professional's Pack".

8: (Weapon Cache: 3) Function: This is the third and final cache. This amazing combination delivers the strong firepower and sleek style any gangster or professional needs. It comprises of a Raging Bull with a scope, and attached Laser Sight, An M16A1 Semi-Automatic rifle with burst fire capabilities, attached 12X Scope and Laser sight. And a Katana imported straight from Modern Japan.
The street name for this beautifull weapon pack is also known as the "Rollers Pack"

9: (Standard Lockpick) Function: This is a standard lockpick used for opening regular, wooden doors. This doesn't always work so be carefull.

10: (Stainless Steel Lockpick) Function: This is a stainless steel lockpick, this can open all doors with a keyhole. The chances of unlocking a door with it are much higher then the Standard Lockpick.

Yup, and that's my suggestion, I think it would make the server SO MUCH COOLER!

I've seen weapons used as items in other servers, couldn't you just make an item that has a command to spawn a certain amount of weapons to the user?

3. Fake Weapon Licences:A fake one that sells for less, but only has a 65%Chance to work
4. Tazer: Basic Tazer
5. Cell Phone Tracker: Lets you read all sms: 5Charges (Wont work is // is in it)
6. Electric Prod: Makes person lose sight, and movement for 10seconds in game(only 5charges)

Wont it be better if rope also made them fallow you?
Duck Tape is good....but it would take a while to duck tape some one up...so you would have to knock them out with Electic Prod first=)

-Can't use C4 Cuz suicides crash server.
-Tazers/Flashbangs should be only used by law enforcement to make it seem more.. special.
