Cops can do /suspect <name> "<reason>"
For example: /suspect dest "being too cool"
will announce to all cops that Dest Romano is wanted for "being too cool"
Cops can type /wanted and see a list of all the wanted people and the reason for being wanted

No, as in perhaps people can buy something like a wire or something to tie 'em up. And the bounty will be up along with the wanted list. So if you bring that person in alive...Or perhaps take a picture (screenshot) of their dead body.

If you means the warrents, then yes.

If you mean the cnn command.. its not a idea, its a real admin command.
