 Post subject: Advanced cuffed mod

When a player is cuffed and resisting..instead of having the teleported right away, the cop can say a command that would make the prisoner walk involuntarily to the pd..

That would just be a bit more rp like..

VERY TRUE, I was thinking something more along the lines of pushing them, like the "jedi-grab" but more real where you have to close and you dont lift them off the ground
