Alright here's an idea so cops get some back.

Bounty Hunters have them as a backup plan. They'll respond to the crimes and such along with the cops. Although they get paid for each bounty, cops should be paid more per hour because they cannot collect bounties. Police can contact bounty hunters if they need help. Only before they die! The bounties should either be paid by the assigning officer, MCPD cheif, Mayor, and if no one will pay, I will pay out of my own pocket.

Ideas: For bounty hunters, instead of cuffs, they get the plastic restraints. Which can easily be cut off. So a mod to be made are /restrain and that item. And something like /cut and some sort of scissors or something that can be bought from the 7-11.

EDIT: I tried to make a system of bounty worth.

Unarmed-Robber: $50
Armed Robber: $75
Drug Dealer: $80
Murderer: $100
Planned crime (IE Hostage/building takeover): $150

Well this guy wrote plugins that includes black market, that has cuff picks and such.. and this job DOES exist as you say, with weaker cuffs that can be cut/picked much easier.

Unfortunetly he isn't releasing them to the public.

wouldnt they be called mercenaries, not bounty hunters?

same ideas such as these ones always come up and sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad.

Bounty hunters collect bounties. However, they are not in the law enforcement group, so they can easily be bribed by the criminal.

Like say the criminal is wanted for $50. The criminal can give the bounty hunter $100 instead and the criminal is free to go.

If people would play right, a good bounty would be fore like 5k.

Yeah I know, but there's not many situations everyday where someone would be wanted for that much. Except for maybe that one day when you said you would snipe the mayor. That was the best scene I've ever participated in.
