I've played on servers that allow you to have a job and an organization to be a part of, if this could work it would be possible for people to have specialized jobs. One example of this could be someone in FOXHOUND that is a lawyer. Basic jobs could be expanded to careers. ex.:

mail room worker $15/hr
office worker $20/hr
executive $30/hr,
vice president $35/hr
president $45/hr

Then these people could get benefits such as keys to 1337. Some more places careers could start : diner, hotel, 7-11, in-n-out, prodigy storage. If there was a ranks then it would make this all less confusing, with an organization you would still need to know what rank you are in it so that would help a lot. Please consider all these ideas, if anyone decides to do this make sure the organization and rank information get added together. If one is added and the other is not, it would be pointless.

What dre is sayin here is something a friend of mine first came up with.
You have a section that displayed your organization and then one for job.

example:
Bill 'Rough rider' Tombz
Wallet: 0
Balance: $343,349
Salary: $8
Job: Diner Waitor
Organization: Yakuza

This improves rp, cuz people don't actually get payed a salary to be in a gang... (most often). This makes them rp a normal job and expands the possibilities.

It was, but the thing is we would have to redo rules, but it enhances rp. The rank is a bit much i think, you can put it in with the org, as we do now. You dont wanna cover the whole screen with information.

Because, by implementing the org slot you have just created a new set of rp rules. A persona must be aware of what they are allowed to do and not. So people can't abuse their s*it. a might actually have the plug-ins for this on my other computer. I'll check. I have a set of plugs that allows use to by and drive cars/purchase gas and store s*it inside of them as well...maybe we can try runnin em on the server. Also, on the same plugs, there is an option for cops to set out signs that say, police investagation/police line do not cross. The only problem is there is no mdl for it yet.

These plugins are excellent, but need to be finished. The guy I had working on it was almost done when my server organization, S.T.A.R.S. collapsed and his computer fucked up round the same time. So, we lost contact. So they are unfinished. But, they have alot of good s*it to them, if we were to splice them with Harbu's, it would own. Harbu hadn't released his at the time we were making these either.
