Not sure if this has been brought up yet but it would be cool to have like...a casino or something for gambling, and if that's not possible perhaps a lottery of some sort? It would add a new dimension for gangs as well as regular civilians and people on the "right" side of the law.

m7x has a dice item in which you can roll and it tells you what number you get. It wouldn't be a system and it would be up to the players integrity to pay up. Or people could rp and if they don't pay up have a hitman do a cK on them ^.^.If we can get people to rp at least
