instead of it saying Cia Agent when u look at someone, they should be able to bring up a list of things they can change there job name to, like type /something and it brings up menu
Change Job Name
1: Pizza Boy
2: Foxhound Recruit
3: Mafia Initiate
4: Blue Dragons foot Soldier

or something like that.. that would make it more rp like and much cooler...

Should be able to change to basic job titles only. and that makes a lot of sense! unless you plan on playing double agent, and that's a right only for the truely worthy

Thats what I suggested on CIA forum, but I know how to stop abuse. You cannot change your own job tag, a higher rank has to do it for you.

How about, it's an item, and only CIA special Agents can use it. That way, only people the CIA leader finds worthy to have that position, will be able to use it.
