Im trying to get like a custom skin for steam but how do i get one?

www.counter-strike-dl.com that is where i get mine... each zipped folder comes with a little text file that tell you where to install it. if you don't have winrar dl it off my web site.

s*it rofl to make my da*n steam skins i just use the program "ILoveSteam" you can dl pretty much anywhere and its hella easy to use...
