I'v been trying to make this into a signature and add snow,but im not sure howto add the snow,so could someody help me out"?

Use a soft brush, or find I think it's called... Pixie Dust brush set on Deviant Art. Use it on overlay if needed on a new layer, or lower the opacity down a bit.


If you really need a flash tutorial, I could make one, but I'm not sure if I'll have time.
