hmmm i need help with my Display Properties on the desktop

it only shows two tabs:

Screensaver and Settings

so i cant change anything else appearance-wise and its getting really annoying....

i cant change my wallpaper and i really want to

plz help, i just downloaded the latest ATi Driver Update but i dont think it has anything to do with that

i rebooted my computer a few months back and im wondering if im missing some kind of Display driver or anything

plz help

Dunno whats up with that, but a easy way to set a image as your desktop is to right click on the image and click "Set as desktop background".

And if your only restarting your computer every few months thats most likley a problem right there.

nono, i meant i COMPLETELY rebooted my comp.

i erased everything on my HD and all my drivers and EVERYTHING cuz i had tons of viruses



and when i do the set as desktop background it doesnt do anything

WOOT! nvm!

my Display Properties doesnt work buty when i open my ATi Catalyst Control Center (like Display properties X 1,000,000) it allows me to change my background as well
