So, who all is still around on here?

I check the forums every so often when I'm bored or just happen to remember to check. Then I get disappointed, and I stop reading the forums for awhile, and so on.

Ya know, there was a time during this past summer that I got really motivated to get back into TSRP again. I IMed Nuker and emailed (at least I think I used email) what's-his-face-lead-doctor-head-admin-guy (I can't even remember his name anymore. That says something.) about trying to push through with beta testing and get the server back up. All I got was the same old run around and sob story about people being too busy. Quite frankly, it pisses me off. If the people currently involved in getting the map going aren't willing to do it, they ought to step down and let others take their places. All too surprisingly, there are still people who have faith in this community and patiently await the chance to play on this server with their old friends, despite all the bullshit certain members are putting them through.

Sorry, but I've been holding that in since this summer.

I have to agree with you. I really do miss TSRP, and I don't feel like they're really pushing to even try to start the community back up again. I like Fox and all, but he's taken what 2-3 years for a map now? You'd think that he was developing an entire new mod at that point. I spoke with SNuker recently though, and he said that the map's coming along well. Hopefully we'll see something this summer, or something.

He said the same thing when I talked to him last summer--and has been saying so on the forums long before that. I guess we'll keep our fingers crossed.

I don't see anything happening anytime soon, if ever.
I think it's time we just lay TSRP in the collection of games that we used to play. It's sad to say, but I'm sure you guys know, all good things must come to an end.
