Please note that these laws are permanent and cannot be overriden or changed by anyone, including the mayor.

Listed below are the official Atomic City Laws. Law enforcement hold the right to add or alter any sentence due to the circumstance. This is a complete list of rules.  This is only the basic laws enforce in Atomic City.

   Description: Pre-planning murder and following through
   Examples: Hits on players
   Jail Sentence: Life or 8 minutes then capital punishment

2nd Degree Murder
   Description: Killing a person in cold blood
   Examples: A guy says your ugly and you shoot him in the face.
   Jail Sentence: 8 Minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A

3rd Degree Murder
   Description: Accidentally Killing someone not in self defense
   Examples: Your firing a gun at a wall and someone runs between           you an the wall.
   Jail Sentence: 2 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: $250 (or add 2 minutes)

Conspiring to Murder
   Description: Conspiring to Kill Someone
   Examples: Asking someone to perform a hit
   Jail Sentence: 6 Minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A

Robbing of a Store (Rising Bun/Diner/7-11)
   Description: Robbing the store
   Examples: Robbing the 7/11

   Description: Robbing of a store armed
   Examples: Robbing the 7/11 with a Pistol.

   Description: Robbing the Bank
   Jail Sentence: 6 Minutes
   Mandatory Fee: Return of stolen money including a $1000 fine (or add 4 minutes)

   Examples: Robbing the bank with a pistol.

Not clearing an area when the police says to clear out
   Description: Staying in a area the cops say to stay out of
   Examples: Robbery at 7/11 and you go there to watch

Aiding a Criminal
   Description: Trying to block the police for a criminal
   Examples: The police are chasing a drug dealer and a by-   standard tries to block/get in front of the police during the chase.

Drug Possession
   Description: Having Drugs
   Examples: You have Methamphetamine in your possession
   Jail Sentence: 4 Minutes + 1/2 minute for every drug found past 5

Drug Dealing
   Description: Dealing Drugs
   Examples: You have drugs
   Jail Sentence: 8 Minutes + 1/2 minute for every drug found past 5

Public intoxication
   Description: Walking in public while intoxicated
   Examples: You are in the middle of the road outside the Speakeasy stumbling and acting drunk
   Jail Sentence: 4 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: $200

Stalling when told to go to jail
   Description: Not going to jail when told to
   Examples: Stopping while going to jail (Including asking for bail, asking what you did, asking for a lawyer, etc...)
   Jail Sentence: 1 minute for every 10 seconds you're not moving towards jail.
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: N/A

Impersonating a Public Servant
   Description: Pretending to be a public servant when you're not.
   Examples: Saying you're a cop when you're not
   Jail Sentence: 5 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: $800

Obstruction of Justice
   Description: Doing anything to stop public servants from doing their job
   Examples: Blocking access to PD, calling police for stupid reasons, fake 911 report
   Jail Sentence: 5 minutes or more
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: N/A

Resisting Arrest
   Description: Doing anything to stop from getting arrested
   Examples: Running away after a robbery
   Jail Sentence: 3 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: N/A

Disorderly Conduct
   Description: Being disorderly and casing problems
   Examples: Shouting stupid things, annoying officers after warning
   Jail Sentence: 2 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: $200

Weapon Theft
   Description: Stealing someone else's weapon
   Examples: A cop drops a gun after taking it to return it to someone and you grab it
   Jail Sentence: 3 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: $300 

Harassment 
   Description: Harassing someone
   Examples: You keep following someone.  You keep calling someone.
   Jail Sentence: 3 minutes
   Mandatory Fee: N/A
   Bail: $400

Gun Licencses

It it illegal to own a gun (A knife or sword isn't a gun, and doesn't need a licence) without a license. If you are spoted with one you will be arrested. However some jobs will allow to you have the guns without a license, they are listed below.

Guards --> Can have a handgun in their store ONLY.

CIA --> Handguns, SMG, Shotguns
CIA Leader --> Any

SWAT --> Any

Mayor's Guard --> Any as long as they are used for protecting the mayor.
