Snr. Off. Jim Frank was killed yesterday by a Police Sniper. Something finally snapped in his mind and made him decide his life was not worth living anymore. While in the bank, he found the Dep. Comm. and took her hostage while robbing the bank. During the course of the situation, Deebz Charles convinced Jim to let the Dep. Comm. go. Deebz and Jim had a final good bye, and as Deebz stepped out of the bank, Jim was shot and kill instantly. Nobody will ever know why he snapped, but we hope that someday we will find out and be able to let him rest in peace.
