Earlier today the NukeCity Mayor, David 'Pedobear' Toretto, was arrested right after Dr. Maylene's press conference. Witnesses saw him pull out a silenced weapon and then shot and killed another man who was attending the press conference.

He was booked and charged with one count of third degree murder, one count if illegal possession of a silenced firearm, and 19 counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance.

He is currently being held in the NukeCity Jail.
