Not really my place to say this, but you might want to be a little better known before applying for staff. And maybe have a few years of Nukesilo experience under you're belt. Plus, it doesn't look like you put too much effort into this application in my opinion. But like I said, it isn't really my place to be giving any orders or anything of the sort. Just trying to be more helpful and more informative.
