Here is an example of a regular check up.
"Hello sir, how may I help you?"
"Hey, I'm just here for a check up."
"Sure thing, follow me to room 5."
"There you are, now. Put on these special cloths, and the doctor will be with you shortly."
Describe to me how you would deal with a gun shot wound:
Woh, sir. Are you ok!?"
"I got shot in the shoulder, help me out bro!"
*picks him up and takes him to the emergency room*
"here sir." *puts on a roll on bandage and calls the doctor in priority 1*
"Ok sir, sit tight and the doctors will be in here soon to start surgery on you. We will check you in after your surgery."
Describe to me how you would deal with someone that is mentally unstable:
"Sir, put down that lamp!"
"NOOO, I'm going to destroy godzilla!!!"
"Sir, put it down!" *calls for specialists to retain him with a straight jacket*
"Now sir, this is a nice cushioned room for you to stay in!"
