1) Be a member of the NCPD.
-Ask the NCPD Inspector or higher to recommend you with reasons. (Recommendation must convince us to hire the recommended)
2) Be approached by a SWAT Official.
3) Pass a preliminary interview.
4) Complete Field Training which will consist of:
a)Accuracy Test
i) Must have a tight grouping in several areas of the body in each of the three targets
b)Random Situational Test (One of the Following)
i)Robbery Test
ii)Negotiations Test
iii)Hostage Situation Test
All new recruits will start at the rank of SWAT Rookie and work your way up from there.
