I really, really am tired of people whining at/about cops because they didn't get their way. The Cops are always being annoyed by crime anyway, seeing as though theres always one of the situations happening:

-OOC Argument that Spams Chat
-DMer
-Robbery
-Idiot breaking windows for fun
-Yakuzas Not RPing at all (That was yesteday when they were rob-spamming and deathmatching cops out of nowhere)

Cop's jobs are hard enough without being complained at for something as small as just standing in a room for a few minutes instead of hopping around looking at each other while being paid hourly for doing nothing.

I'm not blaming anybody but I'd like this madness to end and give the cops a freaking break if you
all are mature enough to do it.

I believe that the worst thing is when someone robs the bank and we are in the middle of a good rp and then someone hits up 711 or diner or INO etc. Lets not just rob spam but propogate good RP.

Yes, it's one robbery after another that makes me stressed out, especially when I'm trying to get in some normal roleplay.

Also, if I may add. Do not post complaints about officers saying they are "bad" at their job.
Have you ever been a cop before? Do you know what its like to have to deal with people 24/7?
No matter what, there is going to be a situation where they get shot, killed, and told they suck at being a cop.
IC, cops are the only people who wake up everyday with a target on their chest.
They try their best at the job. Don't tear them down, especially if you've never been one before.

Anger towards cops IS understandable though, because most of them truly aren't good at all, but the only time cops are praised is if they get promoted.

Or like my epic fail earlier shooting wake in the foot and taking out two hosties XD, I did manage to take out the bad guy too so it wasnt a total loss. Ya know, it happens, I learned something from it, and ill move on. I admit that was my bad, but everyone laughed it off, and we moved on, the hosties didnt complain or whine, they knew shiat happens occasionally. But its the bad rpers, who when things dont go their way, they whine and complain and bitch about it. Having to constantly deal with being harassed and having people nitpick your actions 24/7 can be tough. So try walking in our shoes before trying to tear us down.

Yeah, I apologize for being rather stubborn yesterday when I gave a couple of cops s*it after my 711 robbery, yesterday. I started off by simply saying they were terrible, rather than actually telling them what they did wrong and how to fix it from the get-go. That was my bad.

However, since I have been a cop several times (a mute cop one of the times), and have seen this stuff first hand, I am going to continue to test and instruct your people when necessary. I'm sure everyone here can admit that they still have some growing to do.

All of that listed above is indeed annoying, but the most annoying of it all is the 'Badasses' of the criminals, you know, the people that shoot you for saying to leave the area.

What we need is a catalyst. Either a reformist or two must revamp and revitalize the Police Department, and have it's effects carry over into the criminal world, or we need to start training and polishing good criminals that will demand decent Police work.

*Slap* The report an officer was originally put into play for IC purposes, if I recall right. ANd it's suppose to be reserved for the utterly terrible officers. Also notice how it says Good/Bad? You may wish for a promotion for one officer whilst ask for a demotion, or suspension of another. And even so, there's no reason for roleplay bad enough to have the person go onto forums, give a detailed report on a punishment for you, and ask for demotion and or suspension. Granted, during the rush hours of the server, it may be hectic and a pain in the ass to keep up with, you have no right to break down into bad RP. Bad climate that we do -not- need in the server, if you're getting stressed out, leave the game for a bit. If you get a bad cop report, that's your -own- fault (unless the person was mistaken) that you have gotten the report. I can count atleast 5 officers I worked with on the top of my head that never got a bad report, you should be able to do the same.
