On the issue of experience:

If you have a decent training program going on, its better to take a nonexperienced rper and turn them into something decent than get an experienced one with "experience" in rp-dm servers rather than just rp servers.

Yea, I would accept him as a rookie, and then train him. Watch how he does, etc. He if he doesn't do it right then just teach him not to do that.

Interview him first so you know his typing faults or if he does detailed /me's and stuff you know he's a good RPer.

uhh can i do this on weekends? i can't get on weekdays.

Earlier today, I was arresting "Fox 'The Fox' Furry", he was in cuffs, alex wong jump kicked him and then ran inside the warehouse to DM the guy inside there.
So, I don't think it would be a good idea to hire him.
