| well when i install mysql v4.0 you cant set any password in begining and im trying to login it says the same and i have restarted my comp and check everything but :\ and when im connecting with my navicat to a friend it happends the same for him :\ it sets a password |

well i change my mind and make a server and now i get a problem with mysql it says
cannot conenct o localhost.
