| The reason some cops do this is that if you're being pelted by bullets, by the time you start shooting you'll be dead before you can kill the other guy. | For example rushing into the 7-11 mashing your /tazer key while being pelted with Ruger bullets would not be an appropriate use of the tazer. Amen to that, at least.
