I've always hoped the bank would get a feature of something like interest. More reason to not go buy crazy, if you made even a small amount like SalaryHrRate Plus SalaryHrRate (BankAmount / 1,000,000)

Hotel, definitely. Do it.
But I do not think this should be used in apartments or hideouts.
Apartments SHOULD have 'landlords', and would add the the RP.
Hideouts... you can't really rent a drugshack, can you? |

If we've got an AFK kicker, it could easily be set to find the one with the closest access time, couldn't it?
You could have a menu with something like
1. Medical Emergency
2. Police Dispatch
...right? |

I think they should leave jobs as is, it's true everyone knows your job but with simple RP that problem is fixed.
I do, however, think that the RANGE you can see someones name at should be reduced quite a bit. It's easily exploited as in aiming... but I do think that would bring up admin problems. |

| I've seen a rentmod on different servers, but it was the owner who ultimately decided rent and time and things... Basically, just giving out keys and costing money seems suitable for me. |
