My models. crouch when i walk for some reason now. why is that?

Those models are from TS2.0 and are not updated for TS3.0. You will need to either not use that model, or find an updated one in one of our model packs.

I just recommend you download our model packs and overwrite any existing ones you had.

I would also try simply typing "-duck" without the quotes in console, as a precaution. Weird things like this happen if you type "+duck" in console and then die or are disconnected.
