Well it's been a rough while and I've had enough fear, disgust, lying, deceit, carnage in these past few months to cover a hundred lifetimes. I'm finally done with my career as an undercover cop in the mafia. I've had to do things I didn't want to do, and I've committed enough heinous acts to land me a lifetime sentence but somehow in this day and age a job like this is required to bring even
more murderous and masochistic people to justice. Funny thing is, while I was given the task of informing the happenings of the local Cosa Nostra to certain people on the police force, something I certainly did not expect to happen took place. While recently recruited as a member of the mafia, and having been involved in a ton of robberies, extortions, hostage takings, etc. to win curry favor with the mob bosses, an officer by the name of David Cross approached me with an unusual proposition. He informed me that if we as a criminal organization were to pay him, he would form a partnership with us and give us plenty of leeway when it came to our underground dealings. Reduced jail sentences, a turned eye at murders, and a mafia-friendly police force were just a few of the countless gifts that Officer Cross was to offer us. the only problem is he was talking to the wrong man, and as he left the bar (headquarters for the local mafia) with a smile and a promise that I would speak to my bosses about it, instead I phoned up a different person. Detective Wade of the NCPD was possibly my only link to the police department, and one of the few who knew of my true identity. Today we set up a sting operation to bust this crooked cop and bring justice to those who would rather seek financial benefits than do an honorable job.
I would like to foremost thank Chief Jameson, Detective Wade, and Captain Jack as these fine policemen stood ground in their line of duty and helped me do what is right. I'd also like to thank any other cops I haven't named who had helped us perform this operation.
I was able to record some of the operation as I had left a small button-cam recording in case anything went wrong, which I can assure you did not happen.
