I thought of an ingenius idea for a plugin just a little while ago. When you kill someone, it spawns and item called evidence where they die, or in the inventory of the person who killed the other person.

The item could be called "Homicide Evidence" and the cops could search people for it, just as they search for drugs and such. If found on a person, they can be executed for murder, ((CK)). This will create alot more rp, because now a murderer has to dispose of this item where noone can find it. If possible, the item spawned could have their SteamID on it, we could refer to it as DNA for RP purposes.

This would make people alot less likely to want to kill someone, because there will be proof left behind. And if you just shoot someone randomly in the street, any person could find the evidence and turn it in to the police, or bribe you for it.

I think this single item, though it may not be possible, and if so, will be very hard to code, could revolutionize TSRP as we know it.

it would be very hard to write an item that would identify the killer... that would almost require one item per person.
