i still say its rather long, i got tazed from the top of the hotel sign(above the door) to almost at the balcony >.<

What happens sometimes, is someone is in range when they do /tazer, and the plugin sees that, but then the person being tazered or the person tazering moves out of range, and by the time the tazer effect happens and it looks like their very far away.
