Flyers line the city walls near the NCMD, NCPD and the Bank. They're all colourful and bold printed words are on the top saying Help the Poor Foundation. Under it, some other words read..

This is Kei Sprague, and I've been noticing poverty and a lot of poor families, I have started this group to hopefully help these families and decrease poverty in the city. For donation info, call 229-282, leave a message if I can't pick up with your donation ammount!

Under the lettering another few words are printed.
Remeber, you're actions could save the lives of many!
